Golden apples play an important role in many mythologies. In Norse, the golden apple provided the gods with immortality. In Wagner’s Ring Cycle opera, the apples even have their own leitmotif. Storage Tips

Apples should be kept in a cool (below 60/70°F) space away from sunlight and heat, where they will keep for two weeks. Refrigerated apples can last as long as six weeks.
