1 tablespoon sesame, coconut, or canola oil (or other high-heat oil; butter works as well)
2 cloves of garlic, diced
1 teaspoon dried ground ginger or 1 inch of fresh ginger, diced
1 head of bok choi, trimmed & chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- Heat oil in frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ginger and garlic and cook about 1 minute.
- Add bok choi and tamari or soy sauce, and cook, stirring frequently, until greens are wilted and stems just tender, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve.
