Cremini Mushrooms on White SurfaceBrown or white, and often called Baby Bellas or Button Mushrooms, Creminis are a mini version of the Portobello, a variety that grows only in a controlled environment. Creminis are an excellent source of selenium, B vitamins, copper, potassium and phosphorus.
