Preparation Tips

Remove the papery husks and wash the tomatillos. They may be slightly sticky, this is normal. Chop as you would tomato for use raw in salads or salsa. Or cut in half and roast in the oven, cut side down.

Storage Tips

Wrap tomatillos in a paper towel and store in a paper bag in the fridge. They should hold for about two weeks.
