Makes one cup. Ingredients 1 cup boiling water 1 tablespoon miso 1/4-cup sliced Dulse or Wakame seaweed 2 tablespoons minced scallion 1 tablespoon grated ginger 2 tablespoons cubed tofu (optional) Preparation Add miso, ginger, and seaweed to 1 cup of boiling water.
