Preparation Tips

The English popularized watercress on sandwiches (it pairs well with cream cheese, cucumber, and egg-salad.) It is also delicious added to a wide variety of salads, soups, and wraps, and makes a lovely edible garnish.

Storage Tips

Remove any discolored or damaged leaves; wrap gently in paper towels and store in the crisper drawer of the fridge in a plastic bag. Use within three days.
