The FruitGuys Terms of ServiceOur fruit is warranted to be free of spoilage at delivery. Customer agrees to visually inspect fruit upon delivery and report any spoilage or damage within 24 hours of receipt. The FruitGuys will replace those pieces of reasonably spoiled or damaged product if the claim is made within 24 hours of delivery.
The FruitGuys does not wash, test or prepare fruit. All fruit to be prepared and served by customer at customer's risk.
Fruit is delivered "as is" without warranty, express or implied, other than stated in this disclaimer.
The FruitGuys distributes multiple products and makes no claim on these products' warranties.
The FruitGuys is not liable for consequential damages in excess of delivery fees and/or replacement of product.
