San Francisco-Headquartered Innovative Wellness in the Workplace Provider Ramps Up Operations, Sales and Marketing

These newly created positions underscore The FruitGuys’ leadership in the wellness in the workplace category as the company looks to expand its national reach in 2010.
Erin Mittelstaedt, Vice President of Operations
In her new position, Mittelstaedt will manage operations for all three FruitGuys facilities and oversee the creation of new facilities. Mittelstaedt has been with The FruitGuys for three years and was previously the East Coast Regional Manager.
Christy Akol-Head of National Sales and Corporate Accounts
In this newly created position, Akol will work with companies of all sizes across the country to promote The FruitGuys brand and drive sales growth. Akol was formerly VP of Human Resources and Office Operations at insurance advisory firm Sitzmann Morris & Lavis, Inc. for 11 years. She was also a FruitGuys customer, allowing her to directly experience the benefits of fresh fruit in the office.
Aaron Smith-Midwest Sales Representative
Smith brings over 5 years of experience in sales and marketing to The FruitGuys. In his new role at TheFruitGuys, Smith, who is based in Chicago, will focus on growing business and increasing brand awareness throughout the Midwest. Prior to The FruitGuys, Smith was National Account Executive for C.H. Robinson Worldwide, a Fortune 500 third-party logistics provider which providing domestic and international freight transportation and logistics services.
