We'd like to bring you this public service announcement from two courageous bananas. This crime-fighting team has been spreading a healthy gospel on the Las Vegas Strip. Why Las Vegas, you ask? Well, Sin City is America's still-beating heart for debauchery and poor life choices, which makes it the perfect candidate for a FruitGuys takeover.

First, the Bananas would like to state that hydration is extremely important. Without hydration, there is no hope, so fill your water glasses and say cheers to this essential liquid. About 70 percent of the human body is comprised of water, and though sodas, coffee, and tea contain mostly water, you should be drinking the pure stuff as much as possible. While in Vegas, you might choose to replace your water intake with whiskey cokes from the casino bar, but your body will pay for it the next morning. Drinks with caffeine also act as a diuretic, which makes you urinate more and keeps water from reaching some vital areas of the body. Ultimately, good hydration and regular fruit intake can make all the difference in a person's health, no matter if you're working in the office or partying in the desert.

Next, the FruitGuys Bananas want everyone to help give back to the community by doing good deeds. In this clip, the duo visits a local store and purchases some bottled water, a broom, and a dustpan, which they use on the Strip to help hydrate drunk folks and clean up the streets. Good deeds are usually easy to implement into your daily routine, so in the spirit of our fearless bananas, here are a few ideas for your next mission. You can spread the message of healthy eating by leaving some used books or other educational material around the city. Compliment your friends who are in the middle of a new diet or exercise regiment — it'll help with their self-esteem and push them to achieve health goals even sooner. Make a nutritious breakfast for your friend or lover using organic, local fruits from the FruitGuys. Finally, give some thanks for this banana-funded public service announcement.
