This is not a radish. Repeat: This is not a radish—but a red turnip. Can be cooked with a bit o' the turnip greens or raw as a "salad turnip". Try them grated with apple, parsley and oil and vinegar.
Storage: Store turnips in a cool, dry, dark place for a week or two. If turnips have greens, remove them before storing turnips and prepare them as you would any cooking greens.
