Chile De Arbo peppers are fire-engine red, and will brighten up your kitchen decor or spice up the stew. These fiery little peppers are also known as Bird's Beak and measure 15K–30K on the Scoville index of hotness, about as hot a Cayenne. De-seed to tone them down. These peppers are in the medium range for heat. Use more or less depending on heat preference. Wash hands well after handling chili peppers!
