A fabulous brassica—a cross between broccoli and a Chinese broccoli variety. Broccolini is a trademarked name. Wash, chop, and toss into a stir-fry—add a simple infusion of ginger or oyster sauce, and you have a quick home-cooked side. Broccolini is also delicious sauteed in a little olive oil with garlic and red pepper flakes.
