Why It Matters
Supporting Underrepresented Farmers
We partner with farmers from underrepresented communities, including people who identify as AAPI, BIPOC, disabled, immigrants, Latinx, LGBTQ+, veterans, or women. Only 36% of farmers are women, 9% are veterans, and less than 5% are people of color, according to United States Department of Agriculture data. By connecting farmers from these underrepresented communities with people like you, Farm-Fit helps them thrive.
