The FruitGuys has been a preferred vendor and trusted partner of Genentech for more than two decades.
We are delighted to serve you and bring healthy happy smiles to all your employees.
The FruitGuys is a family-owned and operated B Corporation that delivers farm-fresh fruits and healthy snacks nationwide. Founded in 1998, and based in South San Francisco, our mission is to empower employees with wellness, support small farms, and fight hunger.
Our Northern California produce mixes are sourced from local independent, and family-run farms and suppliers whenever possible. We pride ourselves on sourcing fruit with superior flavor and chosen weekly by our buyers to reflect the best available.
Your Key Account Manager: Betty Hui
The FruitGuys works with farmers, but they also have bona fide farmers that work for them. Betty Hui is one of those farmers. She and her husband Dick Blair have been farming BearTrack Farm in El Dorado County, CA since 2008. Betty was an enthusiastic customer before joining the FruitGuys family as a key account manager in 2012.
To place a new order, please email Betty, email@example.com or call customer service (877) 378-4863 between 6 a.m.- 5 p.m. PST. You can also fill out the Get Started lead form and Betty will get back to you as soon as possible.

Just like Genentech, helping people is at the heart of The FruitGuys mission. Please explore how your business with us creates positive impacts in the communities we serve.
Supporting Small Farms
We believe small, independent farmers are the key to a healthy environment and food systems, a diverse economy, robust communities, and a strong democracy.
Our nonprofit, The FruitGuys Community Fund, has awarded 88 grants, totalling over $341,000 since 2012 for environmental sustainability projects that have had huge positive impacts for the farm grantees.

Fighting Hunger with Local Food Banks
Each week, we donate all visually-imperfect & excess fruit to local food banks and charities in the communities we serve, rather than re-selling it. Since 2000, we’ve donated over 15 million servings of fresh fruit to hunger relief organizations across the country.
Your business with us helps support our weekly donations.
Other ways you can help fight hunger:
- Forward your regular fruit order to a local charity via our Donate-a-Crate program (contact your rep or customer service).
- Make a donation to our non profit The FoodWorks Fund and send a box of healthy produce to our local partners, including Project Open Hand and North Beach Citizens in San Francisco; and Ecumenical Hunger Council in East Palo Alto.
