Gingered Vegetable Stir-Fry

1 head broccoli, washed, and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 daikon radish, cut into julienne strips (about 2 cups)
1 bunch rainbow chard, de-stemmed, and coarsely chopped
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled, and minced
3 tablespoons chicken or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine or medium-dry sherry
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
