Place your feet hip-width apart and bring your palms to the center of your chest. Pull the right knee up and twist it open. Place your right foot anywhere along the left leg. Hold this pose and breath. Release the right leg when you feel you have gotten the stretch in. Repeat the steps with the left leg up. For more of a challenge, try to balance an apple on top of your head throughout the stretch!
