This sequence encourages length and opening. Shannan led us through a 30-minute office yoga session…with a special favorite fruit guest! Shannan encouraged the group to focus on their breathing to disconnect for their workday mindset for the 30-minute session. The group moved through different poses sitting on the floor, stretched out along the floor, and standing up tall.
