Open up your chest with this quick Fr-O-Ga (fruit + office +yoga) shoulder stretch. It’ll help to prevent lower back pain while leaving you energized for the rest of your workday!
Start by sitting in your chair and spreading your arms out wide, placing the hands palm down on the desk in front of you. Roll your chair away from your arm, and twist to open your left shoulder. If you are comfortable enough in this pose, continue to roll the chair away from the table. Next, rotate back to center. Then, repeat the same steps for the right shoulder. During these stretches, please remember to breathe!
