It’s that time again to take a second and just breathe. Here’s a quick desk stretch you can do at the office to lengthen your lower back and release your outer hip!
First, scoot your chair away from your desk and sit in the center of your chair with your knees in line with your hips. Place your left ankle on top of your right knee, and on exhale hinge forward over your bent leg. Unhinge and release, then repeat on the other side.
