You’ve been staring at the computer screen for long enough! Take a break with this desk stretch that will release some tension in your neck.
First, sit up tall in your seat and drop the left ear to the left shoulder. Next, take your left hand and gently pull your head closer to your shoulder. Take a couple of deep breaths and bring your head back to the center. Then, repeat the same steps on the opposite side.
