To begin to stand up straight and roll your left shoulder up, back and down, repeat with the right shoulder. Next, place both hands on your shoulders and rotate them up, back, and around. Repeat in the opposite direction. Then, release the hands from the shoulders. Finally, lift the hands up and rotate the shoulders with your arms overhead. While practicing these stretches, take deep inhales and exhales.
