When sitting at your desk, drop your right ear to your right shoulder. Take a deep breath. As you exhale, rotate your head directly in front of you. Next, rotate your head, so your left ear is over your left shoulder. Roll your chin back towards your chest and take a breath. For a deeper stretch, repeat these steps and pull your head closer to your ear with your opposite hand. To finish off this stretch, roll your head in both directions a couple of times while taking slow deep breaths.
