You’ve been staring at the computer screen for long enough! Take a break with this #DeskStretch that will release some of that eye tension.
First, gently grab your ear lobes and pull them out, down, and away from your skull in different directions. Next, take your middle and index fingers and gently apply pressure behind the ear lobe. Press from behind the ear lobe and move your fingers up the back of the ear. Then, take your pointer fingers and place them at your temples to apply soft pressure.
