Wellness Wednesday is here again! Take a break to release some tension in your shoulders.
To begin, find the nearest wall and stand right next to it. Make the shape of half a goal post with your left arm, dropping the shoulder down your back, lifting the elbow slightly above the shoulder with your fingers towards the ceiling. Take this shape and press it against the wall with your palm, and with your other hand, tent your fingers against the wall. On the exhale, rotate yourself away from the wall with your left arm still making contact with the wall. Release and repeat on the other side.
