Our Cancellation Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE:
You will receive an acknowledgement of your order by an email, which includes your automatically renewing recurring order terms and The FruitGuys’ cancellation policy applicable to your recurring order.
RECURRING ORDER POLICY:
By clicking the Submit Order button, you agree that if you selected a frequency of weekly, every other week or every four weeks, your order will automatically renew on the frequency basis as noted on the order confirmation form under “Cart Contents” below each product type and next to the line reading “frequency” and that your authorized method of payment will be charged the fee as seen on the order confirmation form under “Cart Contents” to the right of each product name that you have chosen (fees may change) until you cancel or change your The FruitGuys recurring order.

Cancellation requests are processed immediately. If the cancellation is received within 48 hours prior to delivery, the cancellation may not be processed until your next scheduled delivery.
