In this video, we’ll be talking about the Bosc Pear! Bosc pears are a great source of fiber and vitamin C! They can help reduce the risk of cancer and help aid in healthy digestion!

You can eat it right out of the palm of your hand as a mid-day snack. To share with a co-worker, cut the pear in half, scoop out the center, and then slice it up piece by piece. To know if the Bosc Pear is ripe, place your thumb at the neck of the pear and apply pressure. There should be a little give when the fruit is ripe.
