Release Your Shoulders With This Office Desk Stretch

Health in the workplace can be achieved through small, habitual practices. Here’s a quick desk stretch you can do at the office to stretch your shoulders and boost your mood!

First, sit up tall in your chair and make the shape of a goal post with your arms. Then cross your elbow over your left, clasping the forearms and the hands. Next, on inhale lift the shape up towards the ceiling and on exhale curl the shape into your body. Release and repeat on the other side.
