The Hedgerow Project at Lagier Ranches: The FruitGuys Community Fund

This mini donkey is nine-years-old and named Pinocchio! Casey Havre and her husband own Lagie Ranches and grow almonds, grapes, and cherries on their 120-acre land. They started the Hedgegrow Project on their property with the help of a grant from The FruitGuys. Casey brought the native plants of the area back, through planting a hedge, to help all kinds of pollinators and other creatures have a space to live and cultivate. Her goal is to leave the land better than when she found it, and the Hedgerow Project allows her to do so.
