Ease your tight lower back and find length in your spine with a seated yoga twist!

Sit up straight in your chair and take a breath. Next, spiral twist your spine to the right, pulling your navel into the spine. Take another deep breath. When you feel the stretch is enough, exhale as you return to your original seated position. Then, repeat the same movement on the left side. Enjoy!
