Take a Breather Sequence
This complimentary series includes breathwork, guided meditation, and gentle stretches. Each session focuses on one of the four elements: Fire, Earth, Water, Air
Sessions are held on Wednesdays at 12:30 pm – 12:45 pm (PST).
