Fresh Lemonade

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (3–4 lemons)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups water, room temperature
- Lemon slices
PREPARATION
- Place juice, sugar, and water in a blender and blend until well smooth (or stir well by hand until sugar is completely dissolved).
- Serve over ice and top with a fresh slice of lemon.
Serves 1–2. Prep time, 5 minutes.
Cook’s note: Can be easily doubled for more servings. Add more or less water or sugar to taste.
