A Chest and Neck Exercise You Can Do Right at the Office

Work can be stressful! Take a quick break and follow along as we show you a relieving desk stretch.

To begin, stand up and reach your hands behind you. Grab your right wrist with your left hand and pull it over towards your left side. Drop your left ear towards your left shoulder and remember to keep dropping your shoulder blades down. Let your head float up and release your hands, then repeat on the other side.
