Calming Exercise You Can Do Right At Your Desk

Are you feeling stressed or anxious? Try these new calming wellness exercises right at your desk.

Here we lead you through a 4-7-8 breathing practice. First, sit up straight in your chair and breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds, hold it for 7 seconds, and breathe out through your mouth for 8 seconds. Repeat this exercise four or more times to aid in de-stressing, relaxation, and trouble sleeping.
