Chest Opening Exercise You Can Do Right at Your Desk

Need to be more relaxed and alert? This office desk stretch to help open up your chest for the workday.

First, sit up tall in your chair and drop your shoulders so they are relaxed. Extend your arms out to the side. Next, make small circles with your arms for about ten seconds. Repeat this step in the opposite direction. Switch the directions as many times as you need to feel the stretch. Don’t forget to breathe throughout these movements!
