Fruitful Farming Tip: How to use the Florida Weave Technique

Work smarter, not harder with the Florida Weave Technique. Tune in as Happy Acre Farm explains how they used the technique and how it helped them accomplish more work in less time!

Instead of having to crouch down and weave through each row of the crop with twine, farmers at Happy Acre Farm can do it more efficiently using this technique. They put their twine through a PVC pipe, then walk down the rows of the crop as the twine is pulled through. They loop the PVC pipe and twine around the posts in order to keep it where it needs to be. This technique is easier on the farmer’s back and only requires one person, instead of two.
