Hip Lengthening Exercise You Can Do Right At Your Desk

Take a break & follow this Desk Stretch to lengthen your hips for the workday.

To start, stand up and reach your left arm in the air, then bend the right knee, grabbing the right foot with your right hand. Extend out through the left fingertips as you pull the tail bone in and send your right knee towards the floor. Take a few deep breaths in this position. Release your leg and repeat on the other side.
