Time for your weekly office stretch! Step away from the computer and follow this week’s wellness move.
First, stand up and spin your chair so that the back of the chair faces the table. Then, stand to the side of the chair and put your left foot on the seat of the chair. Next, twist towards the left thigh, using the back of the chair to push your right hand against it to apply some traction. Release and repeat on the other side of the chair with your other leg. Remember to breath throughout these stretches.
