The balancing tree pose is a tool to help us stay balanced and connected. In a standing position, root through your left foot and place your right foot at your left ankle, calf, or on the inner thigh. Feel the right knee cap spiral out towards the right as the hips stay squared off. Palms can remain at the chest or can reach up towards the ceiling. Hold for a couple inhales and exhales then release and repeat on the other side.
