It’s that time again to take a second and just breathe. Here’s a quick desk stretch you can do at the office to open up your chest and feel amazing!
Sit up tall in your chair and reach your left arm extended out onto your desk or table. On an exhale, rotate your chair to the right and continue to deepen your stretch by rotation. Release and repeat on the other side.
