Opening and Lengthening Yoga Stretch

Similar to eating fresh fruit, nourish your body and mind with these yoga stretches. They will open your shoulders and reverse forward-leaning postures, common with desk work. First, sit up straight in a chair or on the floor. On an inhale, scoop your right arm up and over in a side bend towards your left. On the exhale return to center, then repeat on the other side.
