Back again with another Wednesday Wellness! It’s time to take a second or two to stretch out your wrists and breathe.
First, reach your arms forward with your palms flexed up. Then, flex the palms down and repeat this action a couple of times. With your left hand extended and your palm facing up, use your right hand to apply light pressure to the left fingertips to stretch the backward. Feel the stretch in the lower part of the arm. Repeat this step for the right arm as well. Next, flex the palms down and pull each of your fingers down to stretch the palm. Finally, rotate the wrists in both directions with the arms extended.
