It’s that time again to take a second and just breathe. Here’s a quick desk stretch you can do at the office to release your neck and shoulders.
First, sit up tall on your sit bones, and drop your left ear to your left shoulder. Next, roll your chin down towards your chest and roll until your right ear is over your right shoulder. Continue to roll your head back and forth to release the tension. Then, bring your head back to center and grab both of your shoulders. Next, rotate your shoulders forwards and roll them for a couple of times. Complete these stretches as many times as you need to release the tension and remember to breathe throughout these movements!
