The Desk Sun Salutation – The FruitGuys

Here at The FruitGuys, we believe health extends beyond diet. Celebrate healthy minds and bodies by trying this office yoga sun salutation.

Start with your feet hip-width apart and circle your hands up towards the ceiling as you inhale a breath. As you exhale, bring your palms to the middle of your chest. Repeat this twice. On the third inhale, bring the hands up towards the ceiling, and as you exhale bend at the hips and fold your body over. On the next inhale bring your top half up with a flat back. As you exhale, bring your body back down and into that fold. As you inhale again, bring your body back to standing position and bring your arms up overhead. As you exhale, bring the palms to your chest. Repeat this part twice. Enjoy the rest of your day!
