You will receive an acknowledgement of your order by an email, which includes the terms of any automatically-renewing recurring order and The FruitGuys’ cancellation policy. Read our full Billing & Terms of Service.

RECURRING ORDER POLICY:

By clicking the Submit Order button, you agree that if you selected a frequency of weekly, every other week or every four weeks, your order will automatically renew on the frequency basis as noted on the order confirmation form under “Cart Contents” below each product type and next to the line reading “frequency” and that your authorized method of payment will be charged the fee as seen on the order confirmation form under “Cart Contents” to the right of each product name that you have chosen (fees may change) until you cancel or change your The FruitGuys recurring order.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

By clicking the Submit Order button, you agree that you may cancel your The FruitGuys recurring order at any time by emailing info@fruitguys.com or filling out this cancellation form. You can also call 1-877-378-4863 or chat our customer service team between 6 a.m.- 5 p.m. Pacific time, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
