The FruitGuys Ranks 46th on Real Leaders’ List of Top Impact Companies Worldwide

Real Leaders® just announced its 2026 list of the Top Impact Companies, and The FruitGuys ranked 46th out of 125 worldwide! Every year, Real Leaders® sifts through hundreds of applicants and highlights only the most socially and environmentally responsible businesses. The FruitGuys has made the prestigious Impact Awards list every year since 2023.

“Being recognized again by Real Leaders is deeply meaningful because it affirms that our business model, designed from day one to create real, measurable impact, truly works,” said Sheila Cassani, head of impact at The FruitGuys. “Since 1998, The FruitGuys has been committed to growing healthy workplaces, supporting American farms, and relieving hunger through our fruit and snack deliveries. How The FruitGuys Makes an Impact

Real Leaders® recognized The FruitGuys “for making snacking better all around.” That could be a nod to our thoughtful sourcing (we prioritize buying fruit from small, local farms and snacks from businesses owned by members of underrepresented communities) or to our GoodWorks program, which includes weekly food donations and annual sustainability grants for small farms.

Every fruit and snack box we sell supports our GoodWorks program, and we just crunched the numbers for our 2025 Impact Report. Here are a few of the highlights:

• 1,023,923 servings of food donated
• 21 sustainability grants awarded to small farms
