Yogurt-Dipped Frozen Strawberries
Adapted from mashed.com

This naturally sweet treat is easy to make and full of healthy vitamins, minerals, and fats from the combination of strawberries and Greek yogurt. Try doubling the recipe and storing leftover Valentine’s Day fruit snacks in an airtight container in the office freezer for easy workday noshing.
Ingredients
- 1 pound strawberries
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
Preparation
- Remove Berry Stems (Optional): Slice off the strawberry stems if you prefer (this makes the berries easier to snack on, but trickier to dip).
- Prepare Your Plate or Tray: Cover a large plate or baking tray with parchment paper.
- Dip in Yogurt: Dip the berries in the Greek yogurt one by one, coating most of each berry. Set each berry on the tray after dipping, taking care that the berries don’t touch.
- Freeze: Place the plate/tray in the freezer for 40 minutes or more.
- Serve and Enjoy: Treat yourself to a sweet frozen snack!
Serves 6. Prep time, 8 minutes; freeze time, 40 minutes.
Cook’s Note
To turn this snack into dessert, roll the coated strawberries in dark chocolate chips or drizzle with melted chocolate before freezing. You can also poke skewers into the strawberries before freezing to turn them into strawberry yogurt “pops.”
