3 Grab-and-Go Office Snacks I Love to Take on Work Trips

I’m working in The FruitGuys’ office today, but my mind keeps straying to the work trip I have planned for next week. More specifically, I’m thinking about the grab-and-go office snacks I’ll sneak into my purse before I leave. (Can you tell I’m writing this just before lunchtime?)

Mighty Spark Chicken Snack Stick

I’m really enjoying the Honey & Jalapeño flavor of these sticks right now. They’re savory, spicy, and sweet, and have six grams of protein to keep me full. It’s also pretty heartwarming that Mighty Spark donates a meal to the Children’s Hunger Fund or Feeding America for every three snack sticks The FruitGuys buys.

KiZE Bars

I love both the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip KiZE flavors. If I can’t choose, I might just take one of each! They’re a great clean ingredient swap for that famous peanut-and-chocolate candy bar, and KiZE does amazing work for people experiencing homelessness in Oklahoma City.

LesserEvil Space Balls

I always tell myself that I’m grabbing this snack for the kiddos, but if I’m being honest, it’s for me. There’s something so fun and nostalgic about how the airy, cheesy spheres crunch in my mouth. And I like that they use simple organic ingredients like corn, avocado oil, and white cheddar. It’s much better than a $7 mini bag of airport chips.
